Location: Sales Office – Chicago, IL
Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $88,430

As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the bridge between our Sales and Support teams—ensuring customers have a seamless experience with KEYENCE software. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Become a subject matter expert in KEYENCE software products
  • Onboard and train customers to maximize product utilization
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and minimize churn
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Implement customer success programs and guide clients through them
  • Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Programming experience in any language (required)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage customers virtually via Teams, Zoom, or phone
  • Highly organized and accountable

  • Base Salary: $64,430
  • Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance-based), paid quarterly
