The Client Service Specialist provides outstanding support to our customers and outside sales force with a smile and a sense of urgency. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, task-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal oversight. The candidate should be a flexible and creative thinker who, along with successfully managing their administrative workload, will contribute to the customer service department by finding ways to continually improve our processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with heavy data entry and working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Order & Quote Entry - guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment into a Windows based database with speed and accuracy
  • Order Status & Customer Communication - works to enable best in class communication with our customers via phone and email
  • Assisting with Returns - solve customer problems and find best possible solutions or escalate as needed
  • Routing Calls - route technical support calls to the appropriate product specialist or technical group


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associates’s degree
  • Extremely detail oriented and well organized
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Friendly, flexible and accommodating
  • Proven team player who helps create results as well as a positive team environment
  • Moderate proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Ability to type at 50 WPM
  • Previous Administrative or Customer Service background is beneficial
