Entry-Level Business Intelligence Associate

Keyence is seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Associate for the Data Analytics and Governance (DAG) department. We are looking for someone open and ready to collaborate with other team members and departments. You will help inform business strategies, manage various assigned projects, and identify new analytical opportunities. You should have strong communication skills, time management skills, and be proactive in identifying new areas for opportunity and growth.

 

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as liaison between the Database Administration teams and Business Units
  • Build, manage, and optimize reports to drive actions and user insights
  • Perform Ad Hoc analysis based on Business Unit needs
  • Become an internal data and BI subject matter expert
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, or comparable Data Visualization Tools
  • High Level of Integrity. This role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive Information.
  • Analytically Focused. You’ll be required to develop Tableau based reports and visualizations while also identifying areas where additional data can provide insights.
  • Highly motivated and responsible for self-learning. You will be expected to continuously improve your skillset over the course of your career.
  • Time management Skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good Communication Skills. Ability to communicate ideas clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Business Units will rely on your work to make strategic decisions.
  • Team player and composure. You’ll be required to collaborate with other groups and with variable deadlines its imperative that the new member can remain calm while under pressure.
