Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $81,281
The Product Control Analyst – Asset Management plays a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and improving the lifecycle of KEYENCE demonstration and company assets. This role ensures asset availability, drives process improvement, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports operational efficiency across the organization.
- Manage and track company and demonstration assets, including inventory maintenance, reassignment, and daily order management.
- Lead companywide Asset Inventory Review and drive process improvements, SOP updates, and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate asset logistics—purchasing, scheduling transportation, collaborating with Marketing, and supporting new hire training needs.
- Train internal teams on asset-related processes and audit workflows, communicating findings, KPIs, and issues to management.
- Review customer and internal orders, release to fulfillment, and communicate delays to Customer Service as needed.
- Analyze usage history, recommend inventory level adjustments, and generate reports as required.
